Ash Alwi heads a startup accelerator program within Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM).
He has previously worked as a consultant and marketing manager with various content providers and marketing agencies. Ash has been in the telecommunications industry close to 10 years, his previous stint was with DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd, one of the "Big 3" mobile carriers in Malaysia where he helped grew DiGi's music content business with a proven track record of driving double-digit subscriber growth.
Ash has extensive knowledge and experience in product marketing, particularly in the digital content business. His past experience as a startup founder adds to his unique mix of skills set in advocating entrepreneurship within a corporate environment.
His current responsibilities include spearheading the accelerator program, forging strategic partnerships and marketing with a special focus in championing TM's innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives.
He is an avid record collector and DJs occasionally.
